Don't let them fool you. Ignore everything you've heard about keyword relevancy, text ad relevancy, landing page relevancy.

Well, not quite everything, but close enough.

Okay, so remember what I said about forgetting everything? That might have been a lie. For dramatic effect. In fact, everything mentioned there all has one major thing in common, they all improve your Click Through Rate (CTR).

So, what do you need to do to ensure you have the highest possible CTR and the highest possible Quality Score? In short;

1) Ad Groups with absolute relevancy between every keyword and the text ad.
You're a dentist - ignore the suicide rates for the moment, let's pretend staring at other people's festering teeth all day is worthy of seven years of university - you do dental implants, veneers, whitening, and braces.

This means you're going to need at least four ad groups, each one with absolute focus on the four services offered. If the services can be broken down into more specific services (braces could be 'invisible' & 'Invisalign', 'cheap' or 'effective') then you're going to need more ad groups.

Then lets say you cover three districts, Soho, Chelsea & Richmond, so you're going to need an Adgroup for each of these, multiplied by the number of services, giving you 'dental implants Soho', 'dental implants Chelsea' and so on.
